Welcome to PayPrompt! By using our website and services (“Services”), you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use PayPrompt.

1. Who We Are

PayPrompt (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a SaaS tool that helps freelancers, consultants, and small businesses get paid faster by automating invoice reminders via email and SMS.

2. Using PayPrompt

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business.
  • Account: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Don’t share your account with others.
  • Permitted Use: You may use PayPrompt only for your own business. No resale or redistribution.
  • Integrations: By connecting to QuickBooks Online or Stripe, you grant us permission to access and process relevant invoice and payment data.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: Make sure your information is accurate and kept up to date.
  • Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, including those regarding sending messages to your customers.
  • No Abuse: Don’t use PayPrompt to send spam, fraudulent, or unauthorized messages.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Subscriptions: Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are charged via Stripe. All sales are final.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription sales are final. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support at support@payprompt.me within 7 days, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Availability & Uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occasionally result in temporary downtime.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, at our discretion. You may also stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PayPrompt is provided “as is.” We do our best, but can’t guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted here. Continued use means you accept any updates.
